Iron Mountain is seeking a well-organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our Commercial Operations team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing pricing documentation, ensuring data quality, and facilitating smooth internal processes to support our commercial teams. You will be part of a collaborative team that acts as a reliable operational partner to the sales department, finance, and Account Management across Sweden and the entire Nordic region.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Manage commercial documentation: Prepare and maintain pricing models, quotes, and contract documentation to ensure everything is accurate and complete throughout the sales cycle.
  • Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders: Coordinate with teams within sales, finance, and Account Management to ensure that deals are handled efficiently through internal approval processes.
  • Maintain data integrity: Update and manage sales data, pricing information, and customer records in the CRM system (Customer Relationship Management) to support accurate reporting and pipeline management.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate has:

  • Professional experience: Several years of experience in administration, sales support, or commercial operations, preferably within an international organization.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in handling data in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, as well as experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Operational ability: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured manner with a strong attention to detail.
  • Language skills: Fluent in Swedish and English in a business context to effectively support colleagues and stakeholders across the Nordic region.
